Portal & Payment Terms
How the Farmers Portal is used and how payments work.
1. Use of the Portal
The HarvestHawk Farmers Portal is provided to access documents, reports and data, communicate with HarvestHawk, and view and manage services and job information. Clients agree to use the portal for legitimate business purposes only.
2. Account Responsibility
The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details and ensuring that access to the portal is restricted to authorised users. HarvestHawk cannot accept responsibility for unauthorised access resulting from the sharing or misuse of login credentials.
3. Communication
The Farmers Portal is the primary method of communication, alongside email and telephone where required. Clients are encouraged to regularly check the portal for updates, messages and important information relating to their services.
4. Availability of Service
HarvestHawk aims to provide continuous access to the portal; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary downtime may occur due to system maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service interruptions.
5. Payments
By engaging HarvestHawk services, the Client agrees that invoices will be issued through the Farmers Portal and paid online via the secure invoice link (payment processed by Xero), in accordance with the terms outlined in the Service Agreement. Failure to make payment within the agreed timeframe may result in delays to ongoing or future services, suspension of services where appropriate, and the initiation of appropriate action for recovery of outstanding balances.
If the Client anticipates any difficulty in making payment, they are encouraged to contact HarvestHawk prior to the payment due date so that suitable arrangements can be discussed.
6. Updates to Terms
HarvestHawk reserves the right to update or amend these terms where necessary. The latest version will always be available via the portal, and continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
7. Acceptance
By accessing or using the HarvestHawk Farmers Portal, the Client confirms that they have read and understood these terms, agree to comply with the conditions outlined above, and accept the use of the portal for communication, document access and payment processing.
